# Termite

> Public reference for Termite. Use `Termite` for the umbrella project, `Termite.Protocol` for the protocol layer, `dMarket` for the application-layer market, and `HIVE bootstrap` for the first concrete `dMarket` vertical.

Important notes:
- Termite is early and infrastructure-oriented.
- The core thesis is that shared ledger state can become a coordination surface, not only a settlement surface.
- `TRMY` is internal shorthand for the protocol stack only; public readers should prefer `Termite` and `Termite.Protocol`.
- Support described on this site is support for early work, not a public token launch.
- If a detail is not stated on this site, treat it as unpublished.
